TradeUP/老虎证券投资账户简介

【2025.1 更新】现在有一个给新用户的转仓奖励很给力，2025.3.31 过期，转 $50k 可得 $1,000，转 $100k 可得 $2,000：

• 转仓可得 2% cashback，但是有上限，上限是 $1,000 cashback。所以转 $50k 就满了可得 $1,000。奖励按季度发放，每季度最多得到 $350。
• 若转仓 $100k 或更多，并保持余额1年，可得 1% cashback，上限是 $1,000 cashback。所以转 $100k 就满了，加上上一条，总共可得 $2,000。

根据这个奖励的设置，基本上只有转$0~$50k和$100k整才比较有意义。这个奖励比例很可以的，大部分券商的转仓奖励也就1%这种水平就算高的了。官网条款页在这里。

身份限制

在投资方面，U.S. Person (包括 Resident Alien (RA)) 与 Non-Resident Alien (NRA) 的税制是不同的！所以开户前请先搞明白自己是 RA 还是 NRA，详见《报税身份辨析》。TradeUP/老虎证券对这两种身份都支持，都可以网上远程开户。二者特性有一些不同，下面分别简介一下。

TradeUP for US Person 简介

1. 开户奖励（可叠加）：
   1. 净入金 $1,000 USD 及以上并维持一个月，可直接获得一支NVDA赠股（价值约为 $140）。
   2. 入金可抽2~5股股票：
      • 入金$100+可抽2股；
      • 入金$2,500+可抽3股；
      • 入金$10k+可抽4股；
      • 入金$100k+可抽5股。
2. 和其他美股券商一样，买卖股票和ETF费用为 $0。
3. $0 月费，没有最低存款要求。
4. Margin rate 比较低。
5. 和其他新兴互联网券商一样，可以买卖股票和 ETF，但无法买卖 mutual fund。
6. 可参与美股打新。由于中概股 IPO 频率不高，TradeUP 的打新入口仅在有新股招股时可见。注意 TradeUP 参与美股打新需在申请开户时填选：（1）年收入大于 $100,000 或净资产大于 $250,000；（2）投资经验不能为“无”；（3）风险承受能力不能为“低”。打新股账户建议入金 $3,000 左右。【2021.1 更新】老用户（Interactive Brokers 清算系统）就是没法参与美股打新了，只有新用户（Marsco 清算系统）才可以。客服给出来的解决方案是新开一个账户，使用和以前不同的手机号和邮箱，这样就有新的清算系统就能打新了 详细的步骤见下面这个 PDF：TradeUP-M 账户申请说明.pdf

TradeUP for NRA 简介

1. NRA 版本开户奖励：随时变动，请查看官网最新信息。
2. NRA 版本出入金现已支持ACH转账和Wire电汇入金。可选择存入美元在券商 App 内部兑换货币（请注意可能扣除 Wire Transfer Fee 导致入金不满足奖励条件，因此建议多汇 $50 美元左右）。出入金路径在 App – 交易 – 更多 – 存入/提取资金，然后按步操作，仍有问题可查看出入金指引。
3. 交易佣金（详见这里）：
   1. 美国地址用户： US stock & ETF 每股 $0.0049 每单交易（最低收取$0.99），无平台费；期权  $0.5/Contract，无佣金和平台费。
   2. 美国以外地址的用户：US stock & ETF 每股 $0.01每单交易（最低收取$0.99）； 期权 $0.65/Contract ，无佣金和平台费。
4. 和其他新兴互联网券商一样，可以买卖股票和 ETF，但无法买卖 mutual fund。

总结

老虎证券（NASDAQ：TIGR）原先作为全披露经纪商（Fully Disclosed Broker）使用 IBKR 的底层清算系统，因此老用户本质上都是 IBKR 的客户。近年来老虎发展比较迅猛，获得 IBKR、吉米·罗杰斯、真格基金、小米等各路资本加持，已在美国、香港、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡拿到五块牌照，同时又收购了另一家美国老牌券商 MARSCO 作为清算公司，成为美国 SEC 持牌主体，受到 FINRA 监管和 SIPC 的 $500,000 赔偿保障，并且是 DTC 和 NSCC 认证会员，于是升级成了自营的非披露经纪商（Non-Disclosed Broker）。因此新注册的 RA 用户是基于 MARSCO，NRA 用户也从环球账户变成了标准/综合账户。老虎基于 IBKR 的 RA 老用户无法打新股，这也就是目前美股打新只支持新注册的 MARSCO 用户参与的原因。但后续可能会将老用户数据全部移植到 MARSCO（也即变成非披露），届时所有的 RA 用户就都可以打新股了。而对于 Tiger Trade 上面的 NRA 用户，现在就可以同时参与美股和港股打新。值得一提的是，由于老虎证券的投行部门特别给力，据说 95% 以上的中概股赴美 IPO 会选择老虎作为承销商，也因此老虎提供很多独家的优质新股认购，绝对属于美股打新必开账户。

TradeUP 属于中资新兴互联网券商，适合比较小的资金玩；如果是注入更大资金量的主力投资账户，当然还是推荐使用大型的老牌券商比如 Schwab, Fidelity, IBKR 等。

综上，TradeUP/老虎证券 最适合作为美股打新账户（建议入金 $3,000），以及撸一下开户奖励。

注意：如果你的职业选了“学生”（包括有收入的 PhD 学生），那么年收入必须填 $0 或者选最低那一档，同时净资产最好填低一些，这并不影响开通 Cash Account，以后有需要可再升级为 Margin Account，否则审批可能无法通过，然后客服会来联系你确认职业和资产状况。PhD 学生如果想要填写真实年收入并直接开通 Margin Account，职业可以不选“学生”，选个“研究员”之类的相近职业。
