建議信用歷史兩年以上，確認對於信用卡有了一定的了解，把能開的好卡都開得差不多了，再申請小銀行的卡。

沒什麼意思的卡，唯一的存在價值就是擼一把開卡獎勵，前提是你對TAP里程有一定的了解能真的用好。Cardless 真的是個很奇怪的issuer經常發這種卡。
